Local Area Information

Isle of Lewis Glamping Ltd can be found in Leurbost, North Lochs. Our pod enjoys exclusive and uninterrupted views of the sea loch Loch Leurbost, and the hills of Pairc and South Lochs. We regularly watch Golden Eagles and White Tailed Eagles soaring above the loch, as they have eyrie sites along the lochside cliffs. Otters and deer are also regular visitors and entertainment!

We are perfectly situated to explore both Lewis & Harris as our glamping pod site is just one mile from the only road between the two. 

Head south on this road to explore wild and wonderful Harris; head north for the bright lights of Stornoway and the rugged splendour of Northern Lewis, or head West over the Achmore Moor to the stunningly beautiful Lewisian Westside.

Callanish Stones, Carloway Broch, Gearrannan Blackhouse Village, the Norse Mill - all these and more are just short drives from our wonderful location. We are wonderfully placed, if we do say so ourselves!
